Just as a bit of an aside, I’m fairly new to woodworking and I’ve been looking into some CNC routers for cutting for these projects. I came across something interesting. The guy on this page claims to have put together a homemade CNC router for less than $300. I’m curious to know what you think about it. Here, I am writing about another DIY project that involves the use of an old furniture piece. I think that the idea of reusing and recycling old furniture has got to me. Using reclaimed wood for food serving tray is completely safe though if you sand the surface and seal it with food safe finishing products. But the thought of having a “cow urine serving tray” is still cool (and a bit strange too).
